About the Item
Antique sterling silver fish slice skinner by John Shekleton of London, England, circa 1800.
No monogram
This large fish slice features six skinning teeth, a small cut-out pierced pattern on the blade and a rounded handle.
Measures approx 11 1/2" long, 3 5/8" wide across blade to the end of the teeth.
Weighs approx 137.6g, 88.5dwt
Fully hallmarked with IS (John Skekleton maker's mark) lion (sterling) leopard (London hallmark) E (1800 date mark) King's head (duty mark)
Very nice condition, with some slight surface scratches and light tarnish.
Will be packaged securely and shipped US Priority Mail with insurance.
