1930s Antique Sapphire and Diamond Platinum Cocktail Ring

A fine and impressive vintage 0.55 carat diamond and 0.32 carat natural blue sapphire, 18 karat white gold Art Deco style dress ring; part of our antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive sapphire and diamond dress ring has been crafted in 18k white gold in the Art Deco style. The understated circular setting displays a feature bezel set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond to the center of the arrangement. Emanating from the feature diamond are three rectangular step cut natural blue sapphires. The Art Deco style, geometric design is further accented with six eight-cut and three transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, pavé set within the three segmented portions. The pierced decorated, elevated ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank. The 18k gold fineness mark 750 is clearly struck to the interior of the shank. A stunning, fine and impressive antique French 1.10 carat Basaltic sapphire and 2.45 carat diamond, platinum Art Deco cocktail ring; part of our diverse collection of antique rings. This stunning, fine and impressive antique sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated, Art Deco style navette design is ornamented with an impressive feature baguette cut sapphire, bezel set in subtle relief to the center of the design. The feature sapphire is flanked on either side with two substantial pavé set Old European round cut diamonds, totalling 0.99 carats, accented with two smaller eight-cut diamonds to the outer point of the design. Twenty impressive channel set French cut blue sapphires surround the central arrangement. The bordering sapphires are encompassed with fourteen fine and impressive Old European cut diamonds, each individually set within the fenestrated, pierced decorated rim. The elevated, tapering ring shoulders are ornamented with a further four diamonds and integrate with the fenestrated design, blending seamlessly with the engraved ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the outer surface of the shank with the French import mark for platinum (masked man). The ring is supplied with two independent diamond grading certificates for the feature diamonds, in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the sapphires and supporting diamonds. NOTE: * The Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) lab has verbally accredited the sapphire originating in Basaltic deposits and verifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.
