About the Item

Ca. 19th - early 20 cent. French Ruby and Diamonds ring in solid 14K Rose Gold. Hallmarked with French hallmarks on the back side of the shank. The band is 16 mm at its widest and 5 mm at its most narrow. Ornamental frame made of three fused bands, two with cast openwork details, the central band has fused Silver clusters with old diamond cut natural red Ruby with open back / ca. Ø 5 mm /0.65 ct. Six old diamond cut Diamonds on the flanks Ø 2 mm /0.05 ct. each /with backs closed. Color of stones ca. G,H / VS. Size: Ø 6.25 US / 16.71 mm. Can be sized. Weight: 12 grams. This ring is in very fine physical condition. Dark patina /tarnish on metal /can be cleaned off on demand. > Most of the items that we sell are not new at all if not stated otherwise. It is often difficult or impossible to get an accurate characteristics of the weight , color and nature of inclusions without removing the stones from the settings to be weighed and examined and doing that may damage the piece.
