With intricate engraved decoration throughout of various flowers, floral swags, geometric patterns, and faces of young children.
Monogrammed to the body for "RSS" in cursive font with floral styling.
Marked to the base for Whiting Manufacturing Co. / New-York / Whiting's maker's mark / Sterling / 4197 / 925\1000 / Fine.
Simply a wonderfully ornate sugar or salt cellar!
