A fine pair of antique salt cellars or dishes. By Shiebler. In gilt sterling silver. In the form of a stylized lily pad. These small gitl bowls are ideally sized for use on a dresser or vanity nowadays. Marked to the base of each with Shiebler's maker's mark / Sterling / 789. Simply wonderful antique silver by Shiebler! Date: Late 19th or Early 20th Century Overall Condition: They are in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. Condition Details: There is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: Shiebler Marks: Marked to the base of each with Shiebler's maker's mark / Sterling / 789. Fineness: Marked Sterling for silver fineness.
