The hands are all original in blued steel Case: The beautifully engraved heavy 18ct yellow gold case with the front cover covered with a garland of flowers, foliage and a vacant cartouche. The back cover is again richly engraved with garlands of flowers and foliage with the oval cartouche engraved with a bird sitting on a nest with eggs.
