Exquisite Gold hunter-case Swiss pocket watch COURVOISIER #10673.
Golden case with three 43mm/1.69in extrathin lids showing a beautiful dècor of a peasant with a pitcher by a well and a flower arrangement vase.
Dustcovers present anchor escapement and 13 rubys.
Elizabethan sphere in silver with golden motifs, Roman numerals, Circa 1870.
Mint condition, working condition rivised by watchmaker in June 2021.
COURVOISIER specialised in high quality watches and was founded in 1942 by Henri and Philippe Courvoisier. Originally named Courvoisier & Cie, they changed it to Courvoisier Frères. The very same year it was founded, the French city of La Chaux-de-Fonds ordered a watch for the King of Prusia Friedrich Wilhelm IV. It was onsidered the most extrathin watch ever.
