"Pawn" fruit bowl, chess-inspired ceramic collection, Black, Italy, Sara Khamisi
By Sara Khamisi
Located in Milano, IT
The “Pawn “Fruit Bowl from the "Kish o Mat" collection, designed by the artist Sara Khamisi is inspired by chess characters. Each ceramic in this collection tells a unique story. This fruit bowl features a minimalist and modern design that reflects the humble and foundational nature of the pawn chess piece.
Handcrafted in Milan from slipcast ceramic, the vase has a smooth, matte black finish that enhances its sleek, contemporary aesthetic. Thanks to its handmade nature, each vase has slight imperfections, adding to its charm and authenticity.
Drawing on her Persian heritage, the artist named the collection "Kish o Mat," the Persian term that inspired the word "Checkmate." This collection represents a modern interpretation of historic forms. Perfect for a centerpiece or bookshelf accent, it adds a touch of sophistication and artistic flair to any space. Order yours today and enhance your collection of...
