Fendi’s aesthetic can easily be described as experimental. Constantly changing and evolving, Fendi truly captures the meaning of the unexpected. Incorporating stark hues and geometric silhouettes, the Spring 2008 collection by Fendi offered an artistic elision of modern femininity and Italian futurism that spoke to then-creative director, Karl Lagerfeld’s, reimagination of art. This dress, runway look #19 is done in layers of organza and printed silk, the skirt portion is organza with a circle print silk applique and the underlayer is printed silk.
