You may be wondering, how were the blue lace layers formed.
It's just amazing: agates normally form inside bubbles or cavities of igneous (volcanic) basalt and, over time, are filled with layers of water with high concentrations of silica. The water is slowly evaporated, forming a layer of silica gelatin and then a layer is formed. It is a very slow process and each layer contains different impurities, thus forming different colored bands. Fantastic, right?

We chose to only polish the natural point, leaving its natural point shape as it was found. The lapidary work applied to it is spotless, and Cerium Oxide was used in the final polishing process, granting this specimen a jewelry-like finish and shine.
It is a natural work of art in the form of a Clear Quartz Crystal. Discovered in Diamantina, Brazil, a center of diamond mining during the 18th and 19th centuries, it now yields the most astonishingly super-clear, high-energy quartz in the world. Speaking about it, the vibrations feeling of this specimen are simply amazing!
