Framed size: 22.25 x 26.25 inches Signature: Signed lower center Condition: Excellent Frame: Framed in gold wood frame. Frame in fair/good condition This oil on board painting depicts the Railroad Station in Encinitas, California. This historic, distinctive building was built in 1887 and was originally the Santa Fe railroad station in Encinitas. The building is currently located in the Leucadia area of Encinitas and houses a well-known and well-regarded café, Pannikin Coffee and Tea. The painting is in excellent condition. The very nice gold wood frame is in fair/good condition with a small ding on the left bar and uneven red mottling on the gold surface when comparing the left bar to the right bar. Please see pictures. About the Artist: Mary P. Bull has lived in Tucson for 35 years. She is a member of the Society of Southwestern Authors and the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America in Arizona. Mary has taught in public schools in California and is a professional artist. She has had one-person shows in California and Arizona, and her paintings have been exhibited in several other states. Her first book, Judder Bars and Chilly Bins is a New Zealand travel reference book. She co-authored a book for the volunteers of therapeutic riding organizations and has written articles for Riding for the Disabled and other therapeutic magazines. She is a member of TROT, Therapeutic Riding of Tucson, and Kaikoura RDA, Riding for the Disabled, in New Zealand.
