Charming oil painting of typical mid-1900s California neighborhood houses by P. DeRosa (American, 20th century), circa 1970. Two houses are shown on a street lined with trees and strips of lush grass. The one to the left is pink with a grey roof, and the on the on the right is tan with a clay-colored roof. This piece is executed in a painterly style, with loose but confident brushstrokes.
