Reinhard Görner with his large format photographs orchestrates the monumentality of rooms.
An active architecture photographer since 1985, is a master of perspectives and precise spatial compositions, and he thus considers classical sculpture, in all of its possible facets, a special challenge.
"Görner’s photographs sometimes open the doors to another world and take the viewer with them on a journey through time. Here the palace is no longer a museum but both royal residence and a site steeped in history. The viewer does not have to share the halls with the masses of visitors; instead the images offer him exclusive impressions of the Galerie des Glaces (Hall of Mirrors) and the Galerie des Batailles (Hall of Battles) as even the king of France was probably never granted. The halls are empty of people, yet they seem to be able to unfurl their individual characters of their own accord. These places practically breathe history, and this aspect is also part of the essence captured in the photographs. King Wilhelm of Prussia was named German Emperor Wilhelm I in the Hall of Mirrors after France was defeated in 1870–1871 in the Franco-German War. Von Sternberg is drawn to capturing images of man intruding on nature more than any other and this is the visual thread that runs through the body of his work. Avid travelers, von Sternberg and his wife Patricia are especially fond of road trips, where the photographer delights in the offbeat side of the American touristic tradition. Far from focusing on the most canonical or scenic destinations, the artist seizes on the visual possibilities of overlooked roadside attractions and chance conjunctions. The surreal artificial lighting that illuminates the American nighttime often provides the "definitive photographic images - which sometimes also include the photographer himself.
More often, though, von Sternberg captures scenes in which human figures are distant or absent. In this, his decisive moments are very unlike the densely populated ones pictured by Henri Cartier-Bresson. Still, Von Sternberg's roadside moments are crowded despite their ostensible vacancy. Through the roads, fences, signage, buildings, and all the other material structures of civilization, humanity marks the land; even in our bodily absence, we make our presence insistently known.
Image captured digitally. Von Sternberg prints his own images on a 3880 Epson professional printer using archival Epson Ultrachrome pigment inks. Moab Juniper Baryta cotton rag paper stock, which is archival / 100 yrs. Papers are 13 x 19 inches. Outer dimension of the museum matting: 17 ½ x 23 ¼ inches.

Born in Córdoba, Argentina, photographer Pablo Saccinto had a unique journey to discovering his passion for photography. Before he ever picked up a camera, Saccinto studied "Dramatic Arts" at the Royal Theatre, seminary by Jolie Libois and attended the National University of Cinema and Television whilst practicing figure skating as a hobby. However, Pablo wanted his dream to became a reality. In 2009 He decided to try out and audition for Disney On Ice.
One year later, Saccinto became part of the magic. Since then He had the opportunity to participate in different productions of the company as Disney on Ice presents, “Toy Story 3", "Rockin’ ever after", "Let’s Celebrate", "100 years of magic", the big phenomenon "Frozen", and his current show "Dare to Dream", traveling to over 20 countries.
Some of the roles Pablo portrayed were, Le Fou from Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, and Miguel from the movie Coco Disney/Pixar.
It was through his career as a figure skater that Saccinto found new opportunities in his ever-changing surroundings. Traveling around the globe and seeing all the beauty that this world has to offer opened the door to pursue photography further.
Traveling has opened his mind and inspires him to photograph different cultures and even allows him to get to know himself on a before unknown level.

For many years, Brenda Zlamany has painted portraits of other artists, including Chuck Close, Alex Katz, and David Hockney. She has also been a subject for them; as she puts it, “we are professional posers.” Recently, however, she has worked to paint portraits of those whose gaze is more internal—monks and nomads in Tibet, aboriginal people in Taiwan—creating large bodies of portraits that investigate the limits of the genre. She returned, with her daughter, to Hockney’s studio in 2014, not only to sit for him but to paint him once again. Her practice involves the long sittings and intense looking required of traditional portrait-making.

When it comes to accenting a home or collection with visual art, still-life photography complements all design aesthetics. And there are numerous ways to arrange your still-life photography and other wall art in your home. A salon-style gallery wall, for example, presents the opportunity to intersperse photographs and prints with such items as wall sculptures, baskets, plates, mirrors and sconces. Ranging from minimalist scenes to lavish, campy arrangements, still-life photography encompasses multiple genres to fit any taste. Following the tradition of still-life painting, still-life photography elevates often ordinary, inanimate objects. When photography was a new medium in the 19th century, daguerreotype and salt-print still lifes frequently mimicked the arrangements that had been popular in painting. In the 20th century, still-life photographs evolved, reshaped by the experimentation of modernism.
Far more versatile than the name implies, still-life photography involves numerous styles and themes. Photographers like Stefanie Schneider use still lifes to capture their subjects in their most raw state. They can also create hyperreal scenes that border on Pop art, such as in the work of Giuliano Bekor.
