M M.Pot de Naz is an original lithograph realized by Frenc artist Honoré Daumier in 1832, plate 270 from La Caricature n°130. In good conditions. Included a frame. This lithograph is Representing, a gloomy greed fat man, with a heavy look and anger, holding paper in his hand, standing in the winter coat, his head is smaller than another part of his body, indicating to his little mind, also could be one of his expression against the greed of authorities and politician, he is master of making caricature, this original piece shows perfectly his manner of art and how strongly with each of his lines and shapes he creates a masterpiece. Honoré Daumier ( 1808-1879) is a French printmaker, caricaturist, painter and sculptor, whose many works offer commentary on social and political life in France in the 19th century. Daumier is famous for his satirical commentary on social and political life predominantly through his lithographs of which he produced and he is best known for his caricatures of political figures. Daumier’s works are found in many of the world’s leading art museums, including the Louvre, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Rijksmuseum.
