Half-length portrait with fan of the actor Ichikawa Ebizo V as the samurai Akeshi Mitsuhide and commander of Oda Nobunaga, in the Jidaimono play Ehon Taikoki.
Signature Hirosada. Wood engraving.
Excellent impression with glossy black printing (staffs of the fan), blind printing (coat of arms), bokashi, backed, a little bit soiled, margins partly cut.
