Leroy Street Studio gave the master bedroom of a Sag Harbor home a textured look that complements the waterfront views.

From white-washed and minimal to patterned and decadent, our followers’ favorite interiors vary quite a bit from month to month. This time around, they favored sophisticated, somewhat monochromatic spaces — Bryan O’Sullivan’s utterly chic Paris boudoir done in a pale gray palette, for example, and Pembrooke & Ives’s more natural-feeling Manhattan dining room, sporting warm woods and unadorned walls.

Whether royal blue, mossy green or millennial pink, interior designers are crafting interiors with one color in mind. And our followers are picking up what the experts are putting down. Here are July’s most-liked interiors.

For a Sag Harbor house belonging to a music executive and his family and boasting waterfront views from every nook, @leroystreetstudio aimed for a beach house vibe suitable to life by the shore. In the bedroom, the designer paired a custom bed with a Hans Wegner Circle chair, illuminating it all with a Lumfardo Luminaires light that plays up the space’s texture and colors while maintaining a sense of sophistication. @pembrookeandives went for a Scandinavian look in the dining area of a young family’s 5,000-square-foot apartment overlooking Madison Square Park. Lots of whites and natural woods create a light, airy feel, while a Lindsey Adelman chandelier adds that New York City essential, a touch of glamour. In this East End vacation home, @kellybehunstudio proves that blue is the coolest color. Beyond the oceanic hue, however, the New York City–based designer has steered clear of beach-house clichés. This space, for instance, boasts two Vladimir Kagan sofas, a mid-century-style patterned rug and a matching custom stone-mosaic. It may be a study, but it’s definitely not quiet. @studioshamshiri opted to completely redesign the 1920s Hollywood landmark it chose for its L.A. base. The team used plain white on the walls, adding artistic panache with circular cut-outs and arches. Populating the space is an eclectic mix of pieces that includes a 1940s fur-covered sofa by Elias Svedberg, a John Dickinson tripod table and a 1930s Jean Burkhalter armchair.
