About the Item

A pair of very high quality mother of pearl plaques made into a writing table. In the same family since 1900. Plaques dating to the 18th century, most likely Kangxi and later mounted in a beautifull wooden frame and made into a writing table. Inside with two beautifull poems. Top quality. Additional information: Material: Porcelain & Pottery Region of Origin: China Period: 21st century China Dynasty Period: PRoC (1949 - now) Condition: Condition is very good, some loss of mother of pearl as to be expected at this age.
