A Pair of Chinese semi precious stone and slate screens, a pair

About the Item

Free shipping within the continental United States. Qing dynasty. A pair of Chinese mid 1900 century semi precious stone lacquered wall panels. Jade and amethyst hardstone carved panels. Both set on slate. 2" deep 30"x30" Beautiful joinery. Detailed, hand crafted. Brass handles with intricate scroll work and gorgeous patina. Statement pieces in any room. Artwork is of two groups one on each piece converging in harmony brought together by music from instruments consistent with the era. The background appears to be that of a jungle or fields with mountains in the far distance. Hand carved Chinese text adorning the frames. Missing two pieces of text. Semi precious stones and paintings on one side, flat black lacquer on the other side. International shipping will require a shipping fee.
