About the Item
A beautiful and alluring limited edition mezzotint print by Japanese artist Ushio Takahashi (born 1944). This work is titled "Reflecting". Ushio is widely known for his captivating images of beautiful Japanese women (bijin-ga portraits) who exude sensuality and a degree of mystery. He is famed for his mezzotint technique - a monochrome printmaking process - that helps him achieve refined realistic images.
The work is hand pencil signed (with additional embossed signature seal below), titled (in Japanese) and numbered (51/95) by the artist in the lower margin.
