A fine antique English bronze bust. Depicting of HRM Queen Victoria in 3-quarter profile. After Sir Joseph Edgar Boehm. Cast by the Elkington & Co. foundry. With a cast 'Boehm fecit' signature to the reverse. Simply a wonderful antique bust of Queen Victoria! Date: Late 19th Century Overall Condition: It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. Condition Details: There are some dings and indentions to the plinth. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some spots of light wear to the patina, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: Joseph Edgar Boehm Marks: Marked 'Boehm fecit' to the reverse and stamped 'Elikington & Co.' to the side. Measurements: Height: ca. 15 3/4 in. Width: ca. 9 1/2 in. Depth: ca. 6 1/8 in.
