About the Item

A rare and unusual 1970s German "Fat Lava" pottery ceramic vase with a turquoise matt glaze overlaid with a black amoeba design over the whole body and handle. The base and rim are a solid very dark brown/black. The original makers label is still present. The Model No on the base is 693-50. In very good vintage condition with some small chips around the base commensurate with its age and past use. Dimensions: Base Diameter: 14cm Overall Diameter: 26cm Height: 50cm
