A good looking and decorative piece, it has the following marks on the collar
MAKERS MARK:- Can't really make it out but it looks like E&TL
TOWN:- Ships Anchor for Birmingham
DATE LETTER:- E for 1904
STERLING:- Sideways facing Lion
The condition is good used and vintage, there maybe the odd imperfections you can’t really see, antique glass always has signs of age and use, to my eyes this looks to be in perfect condition.
