Ice Bucket, 3 Ashtrays White Plastic, Steel, Cini & Nils OPI Studio Italy, 1970s

About the Item

MarCo Melocchi and Franco Bettonica of O.P.I. Design, designed these items in 1974 and 1975. These are original items, bought as they came out on the design scene. One is the famous cubic Ice Bucket in white acrylic and chromed bar, the other three are the renowned Nautico ashtrays object holders paperweights: two are in brushed steel and one is in white plastic. Inner side and bottom are black. These designs have been selected by the MOMA in NYC. The cubic bucket is cm 16.5 x 16.5 x 16.5 and the two steel ashtrays have a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 6.5 cm. They are all stamped by the manufacturer on the bottom.
