Large French 19th Century Louis XVI Style Bronze Ormolu Presentoir Centerpiece.
High quality French 19th century Louis XVI style bronze ormolu presentoir centerpiece. Raised on the most decorative pierced scrolled foliate base is a beautiful young maiden in a flowing dress. Above is a richly ornate ormolu support, holding the plate and ending in a matching finial. This large centerpiece is well detailed and masterfully cast.
Condition is good overall. The sculpture has three small, drilled holes? Tray plate is replaced. Wear commensurate with age and use.
