Rare find! Large 19th century Chinese Export porcelain warming dish with lid. Lid has a green porcelain artichoke handle. Beautiful colors of green and white with green florals and the monogram "C" in green all on a white background. These unique types of dishes were used to keep food warmed by adding hot water to bottom of dish through the open side handles. Estate or museum inventory numbers painted on bottom.
