An exceptional, fine and impressive vintage English straight sterling silver flatware service for twelve persons, designed by Gerald Benney; an addition to our canteen of cutlery collection The pieces of this exceptional vintage sterling silver flatware set for twelve persons have been crafted in a Gerald Benney design. The surface of each Fiddle-shaped handle is ornamented with two vertical rows of stylised spiral decoration, emanating from a plain band to the stem. The reverse surface of each spoon and fork is plain and unembellished. The pieces of this exceptional, antique Victorian sterling silver canteen of cutlery for twenty-four persons have been crafted in the Albert pattern. The anterior and posterior surfaces of each rococo inspired, King's shape handle are embellished with scrolling leaf ornamentation. The heel and shoulders of each piece are embellished with further scrolling decoration.
