Cactus floor lamp in the style of Napoleone Martinuzzi, Murano, (Italy), circa 1950s.
Extremely rare example of Murano glass floor lamp, yellow and iridescent red color, in the style of the well-renowned Italian artist Napoleone Martinuzzi. This fine floor lamp takes the shape of a cactus, with five curved branches made of glass cups, and one flower-shaped cup on top of each branch. Color is a light brown, iridescent, and at the top of each branch a fantastic rosè flower. The floor lamp measures: 65” in height and 18” in diameter. A total of five-light will enlighten the room and catch guests’ attention. The masterpiece is entirely handcrafted in blown Murano glass, and its manufacture is dated 1950s. The masterpiece is accommodated in brass aged structure, that might be restructured as per your request.
By looking from different perspectives the shape of the masterpiece results in being very different from one side to another.
The floor lamp is in perfect condition, as documented in the attached pictures.
