An early 20th century Turkish Sivas rug with the most wonderful woven patchwork and trellis pattern containing myriad trees-of-life and flowers all woven in light and dark indigo, cream and pink, and set against a crimson background. The border is beautiful with multiple petite floral patterned stripes flanking a wide central floral patterened stripe, and all woven in similar colors as the field.
