Turkish Oushak Rug Vintage Semi Antique Carpet hand-knotted Djoharian Collection
About the Item
This Turkish Oushak rug is a 1970s made rug with traditional Medaillon Design from the 17th century. Typical is the narrow and long size. It was hand knotted using fine wool. The colors are vibrant, and the rug is in very good condition.
Origin: Turkey
Pile material: fine hand-spun wool
Structure: Soft and with a good pile condition - soft wool
Colors: blue, red, light-blue, gold
Design: Medaillon Oushak
Age: 1970/79
Condition: Very good, some slightly low pile spots. Fringes newly secured, fresh washed.
