Lovely 1980’s French Louis XV style Fauteuil armchairs comprised of whitewashed wood frames with cabriole legs, claw feet, and basket weave contemporary fabric. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Ooooooh LA LA!! French Louis XV style seating… with a TWIST!!! This is a magnificent pair of French Louis XV style Fauteuil armchairs comprised of beautiful, whitewashed wood frames featuring carved swirls on the arms, foliage detail in the center of the front apron and acanthus leaves in the bend of the knee on the cabriole legs, and fabulous claw feet. So, what’s the “twist?” This wonderful basket weave contemporary fabric with multiple colors of gold, blue, rose, pink, and gray! It is quite lovely and adds a splash of something unique! They’re versatile, sturdy, and oh-so-comfortable. They have high backs, deep cozy seats, and ergonomically placed armrests sure to elevate your seating pleasure!
