Lovely Pair of 19th Century Antique Dutch Carved and Reupholstered Armchairs
About the Item
A lovely pair of 19th century antique Dutch hand carved walnut wood frame high back reupholstered armchairs. Shaped arms and supported on carved shaped legs with scroll feet united by a shaped stretcher. Beautiful carving and very comfortable. The pair of chairs have recently been professionally reupholstered. A rather pleasing example.
The dimensions are:

Depth: 66cm (26.0in)
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. The seat and back have recently been professionally reupholstered and remain in good, clean condition. The antique carved armchairs remains structurally sound. Overall, a good example.

Lovely 17th Century Spanish Walnut and Leather Armchair

A lovely late 17th century Spanish walnut and leather armchair, retaining its original leather seat and back, held by worn gilt brass studs. The back of the chair has two finely carved scroll acanthus finials above two broad arms, which are supported by carved balusters that run through into square front legs, these are joined by a high and heavily carved stretcher with two shaped stretchers joining the front and back legs at either side. Great patina to the wood and leather. In very good condition.
