1960s Børge Mogensen Side Chairs in Mahogany and Leather for Søborg Møbelfabrik

About the Item

Set of two King of diamonds chairs in mahogany and beige leather designed by Børge Mogensen for Søborg Møbelfabrik in 1944. The chairs feauture an elegant and light Børge Mogensen design and extremly well crafted frames that are evidence of what top skilled cabinetmakers could acheive when working with wood bringing outs loads of small details that makes the eye searce for even more when seeing them and joy when finding them - a true example of how mid-century designers and craftsmen when working together could acheive in Danish furniture design and furniture making. The chairs have been restored and refinished by our cabinetmakers to ensure thet they are in excellent condition.
