Pair of poised and elegant model 1103 armchairs, designed by Jens Risom for his eponymous company Jens Risom Design Inc. Showcasing the designer’s fusion of Scandinavian and American design, the chair features angular walnut wood frames with sculptural details. Cushions are plush and inviting, with tufted buttons adding a polished touch to the back cushion. Sculpted armrests and tapered legs have been recently polished to a rich and gleaming finish. Crafted with precision, these chairs reflect the enduring quality of Jens Risom's design. Impeccably restored and ready to be placed, they are upholstered in bold, top-quality Maharam leather. 1950s.
