About the Item

Designed in the 1960s by famed designer Jens Risom, this vintage dresser features graduated drawers with unique sculpted handles and a pull-out (hidden) writing desk. Silver metal trim and spacious storage make this short versatile chest of drawers a stylish addition to any interior. The key design elements are truly the materials themselves: a mix of solid walnut and walnut veneers over hardwood. The fit, finish and construction is superb. The drawers glide effortlessly on metal rails. The disciplined MCM minimalist style is delicately contrasted and accentuated by the signature carved wood pulls and polished metal back-plates.
