USA, 1960s Pair of handpainted three drawer chest dressers or large nightstands designed by Ralph Widdicomb for John Widdicomb Furniture Company. Gold leaf detailing along with beautifully handpainted florals across this French Provincial style pair. The finish has a celadon border with butter yellow centers and gilt edging. A generous 20" depth. CONDITION NOTES: One chest has a more sunfaded side. Various nicks, marks, and wear to the surfaces and edges; adds to the charm of the dressers. Drawers all move smoothly. DIMENSIONS: 38" W x 20" D x 35" H
