About the Item

Magnificent almond-shaped portrait of a young poet, painted in oil on canvas and framed in a fine carved and gilded wooden frame. At the center of the work, the young man is portrayed with curly hair and the classic sideburns that fall to his chin. His serene gaze is turned to the right, and his face is characterized by an extraordinary attention to detail. The clothing, typical of the period, consists of a shirt with a flounce open on the chest and an elegant jacket over it. This portrait, of unquestionable pictorial mastery, is capable of enriching any environment with class and a touch of history.
