Il dipinto è datato 1934 e firmato Léon Zeytline (1885-1962),
pittore nato in Francia, ma da famiglia Russa.
Léon Zeytline, pittore Postimpressionista di origine russa,
viaggia molto in tutta Europa e da Mosca alla Francia.
Ama molto Parigi che lui dipinge moltissimo. Inizia a dipingere la vita quotidiana di Parigi di quel periodo,
le piazze e i viali, come il "Boulevard de l'Opéra" e "Les Champs Elysées".
Il suo lavoro è molto preciso dal punto di vista architettonico e
dipinge anche molti personaggi che vivono e lavorano in città.
Nei musei di Carnavalet di Parigi, Amburgo e Mulhouse si conservano
alcuni dipinti di Léon Zeytline. Il dipinto e la cornice sono stati restaurati.
