Please refer: "American Art Deco" Alastair Duncan, for an illustration of another from Alan Moss's collection and discussion about the Longchamps commission. There will be an important Winold Reiss exhibit this year at The New York Historical Society from July 1 - October 9, 2022.

Winold Reiss
Winold Reiss was a German-American muralist and illustrator who is best remembered for his portraits of the Blackfoot Indian tribe. His work was so revered by the tribe that when he died, his ashes were spread across sacred burial grounds.
