French Engraving Hand Colored Galerie des Modes Costumes Francais, 1779

About the Item

French Engraving Hand Colored Galerie des Modes Costumes Francais, 1779 Rare antique French fashion print hand colored published first in Paris, 1779. The compositions were based on the most fashionable garments and hairstyles of the period. The plates were widely recognized for their high aesthetic value.
