Nine Precious Gems Fashion Ring in Art-Deco Style
This immaculate Victorian period style Navratan (nine) gems ring is mesmerizing. Navratnas of the nine gemstones represent the nine planets on which Indian astrology is based and wearing them together is believed to attract good positive vibes from all planets. The nine gems each have a symbolic meaning comprising of happiness, health, wisdom, energy, success, beauty, life, intellect, power, wealth, and marriage. The placing of each gemstone is also emphasized for the right virtues from the nine gems on the ring.
The mix of oval and round brilliant cut nine gems is aesthetically held in the yellow gold prong setting holding each stone nicely. The center ruby round solitaire is beautifully surrounded by a pave set cluster of diamonds in an oxidized silver setting and another outer layer of closed set round diamonds in the sunburst equally gaped look.
The oval shape stones are placed diagonally to one another on the ring with an outer cluster of pave set round diamonds forming a leaf shape. The remaining round shape stones are placed horizontally and vertically on the ring with a single closed set round diamond on each side of the stone.
The zigzag shape round diamond cluster flows throughout this articulate ring through the stones, completing the overall look and making it a designer masterpiece. The solid gold band holds the ring ideally for it to be worn as a perfect cocktail ring for all occasions.
