About the Item
For your consideration we have this stunning European silver coffee and tea service set. It is a very elegant and timeless design complete with it's original serving tray.
Carl Heisler is a German silversmith known for producing high-quality silverware, often featuring classic and elegant designs. The hallmark “800” on the pieces indicates the silver purity of 800/1000 parts of silver, which was common in certain European silverworks, especially German, during the 19th and early 20th centuries.
Carl Heisler’s craftsmanship ensures that the pieces are durable and aesthetically pleasing.
This tea set carries a significant history as it was brought over to the USA in 1938 by a family running from Hitler's Germany. All pieces marked 800 silver and Heisler.
Set consists of 5 pieces - 1 tray, 1 Coffee Kettle, 1 Tea Kettle, 1 Creamer, 1 Sugar bowl. It is in excellent condition. In very good condition with normal fine scratches from age and use. No dings, dents. Normal tarnish from age which may be polished if you choose.
