Here is your chance to win a certified Serge Mouille Library Ceiling lamp. Its serial number is 14-0439. Made in 2014, it has been used as a display model, however, like all ceiling lamps, it stayed out of people’s reach. It is in mint condition.
Important note:
The winning bid will have the option of purchasing a second library lamp at the same price, also in mint condition. (Number 14-0440). Please note that the shipping costs for 2 lamps is the same for 1 lamp.
Description:
Originally designed to illuminate bookshelves in a library, this unique lamp may also light works of art or highlight a particular area in a room. The pivoting and tilting lamp shade works well alone or in grouped installations.
Color option:
This auction is for the white lamp(s).
An identical post for 1 or 2 Black Library lamps is also in 1stdibs August 2022 auction.
Customization:
This lamp is available immediately, with its 39” height configuration. While we cannot provide you with a longer pendant, we can shorten the length of the existing pendant.
Switch and bulb options:
The library ceiling lamp is meant to be hardwired (Wired to a J-Box) so no wire is visible.
The light bulb is controlled from the wall switch.
The lamp comes with a 7 W (60 W equivalent) dimmable LED bulb per default.
