    Artist Laurence Edwards A.R.B.S (B. 1967) Tipping point Bronze, No 1, original edition of 12, 2013 Tipping Point is a bronze sculpture cast in bronze from a wooden and cast iron 'pile-driver' head, a distinctive form that has contributed to a new project in development by Edwards for a large tower. Edward has been for many years interested in the the local Suffolk history and has integrated in his work elements from the Snape Ship Burials, sited not far from his studio. Edwards' interest in the pile-driver heads is best appreciated in the context of his continuous enquiry into the material world that surrounds him whether the natural landscape or man-made objects.
