This stunning and finer quality Art Deco ceiling lamp was realized by glass studio Léon Auguste Hugue (Paris, 1878 – Clichy-la-Garenne, 1970) who began his career as a bronze fitter. In 1907, he established his own bronze lighting manufacturing business at 14 rue Pierre Levée. In 1913, he created a new limited partnership, "L. Hugue, fabrique de bronzes et d’appareils d’éclairage," at number 10 in the same street. The business grew, and around 1925, he set up a factory at 68 rue des Rondeaux, where he worked with the help of his son Maurice Léon, also a bronze fitter. Lovely and delicate French Art Deco frosted art glass blossom chandelier signed Noverdy, France depose. Its distinctive design comprises four "V" shaped, fan like, jagged edged panels, each depicting stylized floral, scroll and leaf motifs, creating a natural and visually captivating setting. The chandelier frame is elegantly mounted by four decorated tubular bars held by a matching square canopy and features "les perles" which is beading that resembles a strand of pearls, all finished in its original light silver painted, hand forged iron with a martele surface finish. The motif showcasing a harmonious blend of artistic craftsmanship and functional design. The view from underneath appears like a blossoming flower or a floral bouquet.
Art Deco, popular during the 1920s and 1930s, was known for its geometric shapes, bold colors, and intricate designs.
The fixture holds both aesthetic and historical value, reflecting the design trends and craftsmanship of the Art Deco era in France.
JEAN NOVERDY-
During the early years of the Twentieth Century Jean Noverdy studied and worked at the Muller Frerès factory at Luneville, France.
In 1925, Jean and his father René Drouhot acquired Verrerie des Vosges, a glass factory, and later expanded their enterprise by acquiring another glass factory and establishing their own glass studio in Dijon. The glass produced bore the signature "Noverdy" for Nouvelle Verrerie de Dijon.
Noverdy produced at the same time as Daum, Schneider and Degué, and the quality and design of his art glass have made his name world-renowned.

The incredible charm of this set stands behind the quality of colored glasses made by Veca.
The glasses change color going from an iconic Tiffany blue in a well-lit environment to a stunning dark aquamarine when the ambient is not illuminated.
The sconces feature a double beveled glass design with chrome accents, in the same color of the rest of the set. They come wired and tested and use a signle E14 light bulb, compatible with both US and EU standards.
The mirror highlights a fantastic square frame in a blue tiffany colored glass mirror that holds a round clear mirror and is completed by two rectangular chrome accents.
The elegant shelf is made in sinuous colored artglass mounted on two round backplates which are also enriched by two colored round glasses covers.
An incredibly stylish Mid-Century bathroom setting, in amazing conditions, with no chips. The mirror frame has some minor signs of oxidation (but no fading), which are less noticeable in a daily use than in the photos, and don't compromise the elegance of this fantastic set.
