Stunning pair of wall / ceiling lights in Murano glass and bras. This rare lamps were designed by Mazzega in Italy during the 1970s.
The lamps are fully made in Murano mouth-blown glass, in amazing conditions with no chips.
The central part is in a white semi-transparent glass while the edge is in a charming orange.
The lamps are enriched by two round brass stops that hold the white metal support behind the glass shade.
The lamps are wired and tested, compatible with both US and EU/UK standards. They use two E26/27 light bulb each. The effect when lit is simply spectacular and the contrast between the white and orange Murano glass incredibly elegant.

It is a piece of art, made with passion an creativity by our masters glass-worker. This is an object that not only enlighten spaces, but also decorate them.
Thanks to its shapes and the techniques used to decorate the glass, Blossom is a lively, colorful collection, suit for many different contemporary spaces. The structure is neutral, without any ornament, the dynamism given by the decorative elements fixed on the structure.
On the rectangular structure some blown glass twisted arms have been fixed, these are lively elements that animate the surrounding space. At the end of the arms there are the handcrafted cups, whose delicate shape reminds that of a flower corolla.
The peculiar characteristic of blossom is precisely the shape of the handmade cups...

1960s Venini Murano Glass Striped Ball Ceiling Light

We recently reclaimed five Venini balls lamps from the renovation of a palazzo in Florence. These 1960s Murano glass ball lights are clear with opaque white diagonal stripes. The murano glass balls are extremely special and are in perfect condition. The metal rods, ceiling rose and fittings are tarnished with age as can be seen from the photographs. The new owner will need to be happy with this level of tarnish or replace the metal work. The lights have their original wiring but may benefit from rewiring. This level of wear together with the tarnished metal have been reflected in the price. We currently have 5 of these available.
