About the Item

This is a Pair of Pigreco Armchairs, initially designed by Italian Architect Tobia Scarpa in 1959. The chair was the first product that Tobia ever designed, and it was his graduation project at the University of Venice. This pair of chairs dates to the 1970s. They were manufactured in Italy for Gavina, and subsequently were distributed by Knoll in the American market. These examples feature white wooden frames and have tomato red fabric upholstery. Each chair measures 17.33 inches deep, 22.05 inches wide, and 24 inches high. They have a seat height of 16.15 inches. There are some scuffs and scrapes on the frames, and there are some tears on the fabric of the seats. Overall, this pair is in good condition. Please see photos.
