"Lovers, " Art Deco Pochoir by Kuhn-Regnier, France
About the Item
This warm and sensual French Art Deco pochoir features a nude male surrounded by several lovers and attendants, and was created by Joseph Kuhn-Regnier in 1932. The 1920s and 1930s represented the Golden Age of pochoir production in France, and this is a superb example. The hand-applied, saturated tones of corals, browns and deep reds create a harmonious, sensual whole.
