About the Item

This "1101" armchair model was designed by Giovanni "Nino" Zoncada and manufactured by the Italian company Cassina, the manufacturer's label is visible on the chair. The wide, round-shaped armchair body is upholstered in beige fabric and rests on tapered wooden legs. The armchair needs a new cover, which we are very happy to help you with. The armchair is in good vintage condition. The design was a commission for the cruise ship "Stella-Maris-II". Zoncada, together with Gio Ponti and Gustav Pulitzer-Finali, was a leader in furnishing Italian cruise ships from the 1930s to the 1970s. Do not hesitate to contact us for further details.
