About the Item

Kai Kristiansen, a key figure in the Danish Modern movement, designed the Entre Series in 1956 as a modular collection of bedside cabinets, benches, and chests. Combining Danish design principles with modern manufacturing, Kristiansen's work balanced contemporary and classical styles. Dagmar have worked in close collaboration with the estate of Kai Kristiansen on the development of this new edition. This example combines fumed oak with Pierre Frey's beautiful linen "Couquillage" fabric however we can make in any fabric of your choice. The bench can be made in fumed oak or walnut.
