About the Item

Signet Ring - in Empire style in solid 18K Yellow Gold adorned with a bezel set Orange plate of Carnelian stone with flat polished top and faceted edge. Worn Swedish hallmarks,18K Gold, and maker's. The date combo is Y3 / created in the year 1829. The design of this ring is typical Empire / Neo-Classical.Signet rings of such design were very popular in Paris, London, Rome, Vienna, Stockholm, and Saint - Petersburg in the early XIX century. In fine used condition. The surface of the stone has made it with very minor scratches only. Firm and secure bezel setting. Stone is 17 mm x 14 mm x 3.6 mm deep / ca.13 ct. Designed for Men, it may be also regarded as unisex. Size: Ø 8.25 US / 18.35 mm. Sizing is possible. Weight: 4 grams > Most of the items that we sell are not new at all if not stated otherwise. Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described. We will not be responsible if in the process of resizing or customization any stone on the ring becomes loose, if any deformation occurs in general or if band of the ring changes shape or becomes deformed.
